    We had a great stay at JJ's place. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of everything - making the wonderful surroundings walkable and enjoyable. The place has high ceilings, several different places to hang out, is comfortable, has all the amenities... and a fantastic roof/balcony space. It definitely suited our needs well, and we're glad we chose it.

    This location was ideal for a lot of walkable activities and a bigger group. Unfortunately both nights we were woken up at 3:30 to roaring motorcycles in the alleyway and loud shouting. It continued for almost 45 mins- 1 hr. It has plenty of beds and a great rooftop patio but it seemed very poorly maintained. Keypads we’re low on batteries making them very finicky. Shower heads were leaking. Showers were leaking through the wall. A ton of hairs found on supposedly “clean” sheets and towels. The biggest thing was the basement smelling strongly of mold/mildew. We ended up having to change sleep arrangements because it wasn’t suitable to sleep there. If you are looking for a spot that has a great location to walk about and not hang out at the air bnb much this is it! I would also calculate for two less beds due to the basement and then you are good to go. Thanks for the stay and letting us explore Athens in a easy way!

    We had a really great time staying here, the location was awesome and the Airbnb was just as listed! We had a group of 7 stay very comfortably. We loved using the terrace on the top floor. The host was very helpful and responsive.

    The location and top two floors of this space were terrific. The bottom floor(basement) was where two beds, a tiny bathroom and a musky smell were located. We ended up shifting our sleeping arrangements because no one wanted to sleep in that location. Everything else about the stay was great, but I’d caution if you plan on using the bottom floor with the two twin beds.

    Great value for out group of ten! Each family has their own space! Hosts were responsive and helpful. The surrounding little town I’d so cute and pleasant to walk through. We especially loved the little coffee shop on the corner. Pictures do not show the full effect of how spacious and clean! We loved every minute of our stay! You would be so lucky to stay here!

  37. The fifth bedroom is located in the basement and I found it a bit dark.

    Positive: We were a cool company 2 families and 2 single friends total 6 people and we needed 4 bedrooms, the house has 5 en-suite bedrooms and the biggest extra is the terrace around a large one with a view of one of the ramparts of the Acropolis. The location is great in the heart of the old Plaka district, full of small streets of shops and restaurants. Regarding the check-in, we didn't have any problems, the hosts were kind enough to check-in us a few hours early without asking extra because our flight arrived around noon. We never met them, but they had sent us detailed instructions so that we could check in without problems. I recommend :) Negative: No comment

    Positive: En pleno barrio de Plaka. Ubicación inmejorable para ver la cuidad. Todo lo más turístico de la ciudad está a menos de 20 minutos a pie. Casa de 4 alturas completa con azotea. Cuatro baños completos. Algo muy difícil de conseguir en Atenas. Toallas, ropa de cama y artículos de baño incluidos. Camas y habitaciones enormes y cómodas. Negative: Las habitaciones de planta baja y semi-sótano que dan hacia la calle Afroditi son bastante ruidosas porque pasan motos y turistas continuamente. Las vistas al Acrópolis son al muro del lado de la bandera. No se ve ninguna de las edificaciones.

    This home offered by JJ Hospitality in the centre of Plaka is one of the rare 5 bedroom houses available to rent out in the area (even in Athens, probably). This is already significant, as we were a group of 7 and were looking for this sort of house. Importantly, the house is exactly as advertised, so the impressive photos do translate to the impressive reality of the space. Further, the host was proactive with informing us on the key points regarding check in, check out, etc. and our specific contact from JJ, John, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely book again in the future.
