We had a wonderful stay! Amazing location with a couple quirks. We were traveling from the USA and the apartment was listed as 2nd floor but it was 3rd floor. No biggie, just a heads up to others. The apartment was beautiful. The water heater was a small issue. It does make the water hot but for us it didn't last very long. Overall, I would say it was great. It really was close to many restaurants, shopping, the metro and Acropolis. Thanks for a great visit!

We were 6 of us (1 couple + 4 children) and everyone slept well :-) It is very easy to go around from and to that place, you don't need a car. I recommend that place ! Positive: Amazing location, high standard of renovation and equipment in the house. A lot of thought on all the small details. And it is beautiful! Negative: The hot water is enough for one bath only... So we needed to wait between each shower (and we were 5). There was a lot of noice coming from the emergency exit at night time, which did feel like we are being stocked...

Comfortable, clean, amazing location!
Positive: Excellent location! I didn't realize how ideal the location was until we were there. The kitchen was nice to have a quick breakfast every morning. We also used the washing machine which wad a nice amenity! The view of the Acropolis is from the back room. Very simple getting the keys and leaving them in the lock box when we left. Negative: The lighting inside the building along the stairs wasn't the best. We used our phone flashlight. We may have overlooked the light switch.

Positive: Key was in a safe and it was easy to get it. Property was ok for a city break. It was clean and served the purpose. Negative: Too many times it was mentioned to handle the property with care, not to put the luggage against the wall etc., which was lingering in the head all the time. Pillows weren't comfortable, can be improved.

The problem is the upstair neighbor who for the first night made noise, walked heavily, moved objects continuously until 5 am. and it was impossible to sleep. After a call from the host, the second and third evening he calmed down, apart from some truly disturbing shouting and "normal" noise (still all night long)

The only issue with this apartment would be the shower. You have to turn on the boiler 15 minutes before the shower, but that isn't enough for 2 or more people to have a shower. That's specially critical of you have to get out early in the morning. Everything else is perfect. Its location is the best.

Really was pretty perfect.
Positive: Lovely decor. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Perfect location for walking to all the sites and beyond. Perfect for shops and dining too. Negative: Would have been lovely to have had a few teabags rather than just coffee. Would have been good to have had some clothes washing powder rather than buy a whole container to fo one load. We left it there for future guests or the cleaner.

JJ is a great host. He accommodated our request of early bag drop at his place. Everything from check in to check out was super smooth. Regarding his property, the apartment is a beautiful home away from home, very near Acropolis, museums, bus stops for the hop on hop off type of buses, literally surrounding by a Miriam of choices of restaurants, cafes, shops and has a supermarket nearby! The neighbourhood is very clean, quiet, private yet very near everything one needs in a holiday! During off season best deal for money Thanks JJ!

Positive: It was brilliantly designed so that it felt much larger and roomier than a standard 2 bedroom place. It was in a perfect location very close to the plaka centre. Really appreciated the air conditioner in each room with the heat wave. Negative: Maybe a little bit more instruction with little things such as bin liners and how to use the mains shower. Pretty trivial but would’ve made it perfect and faultless.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment conveniently located within walking distance of it all!
Positive: The property was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were not able to meet us when we arrived, but they were very good at communicating via the app. The air conditioning cooled the apartment almost instantaneously on a very hot day, which was very appreciated! The bed was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. This property is in a great location within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Negative: We could not find lights in the staircase/hallway of the interior of building leading up to the apartment, so it was difficult for us to see where we were going upon arrival. We were uncomfortable with the request to place used toilet paper in a trash bin rather than flush it.

The Airbnb was beautiful and the location was also very central and we were able to walk everywhere. The pictures of the Airbnb are 100% accurate and it is very clean. We had an issue with an event in the neighborhood and the sound but I am grateful that this was resolved with the support team of Airbnb. The value and price are definelty worth it and right.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Athens! The location could not have been more perfect—easy walking distance to everything, even with three little kids in tow. The apartment itself is also great—very clean, very spacious inside, and has everything you may need for your stay. Finally, the host was very communicative and everything was easy to navigate. Amazing location!!! Right in the middle of everything yet still on a peaceful & quite street. You couldn’t go wrong booking here. Inside was very clean and had everything you could need. Little tip if you’re American the apartment is on what we would consider the third floor not the second! But there’s a little elevator inside big enough to put a piece of luggage in so you don’t have to carry it up the stairs! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Ottimo il letto della camera matrimomiale, più scomodi gli altri due letti a scomparsa, altri due posti sono del divano letto in soggiorno/cucina, con separazione a tenda. Beautiful place to stay! Love the location it’s close to the all the restaurants and popular stores however far away enough that it’s quiet at night. One big con would be that the airbnb stated that there was two twins beds but really it’s two twin mattresses that are pushed together to make a double bed on the floor so just be aware.

Positive: Lage sehr zentral Negative: Sehr hellhörig. Jeder Schritt aus dem Appartment darüber war zu hören. Leider kann wegen des durchsichtigen Fensters in der Dusche aus dem gegenüberliegenden Haus zugeschaut werden, besonders wenn es dunkel wird und man das Licht anschaltet.
