we received a beautiful 2 rooms apartment. it was newly renovated. the apartment was very clean .
Positive: over my expectation, very clean. The kitchen was well equipted everything you need to prepare a meal : dishes, water boiler, dishwasher, everything new. The same was the bathroom , last model tv. The location was formidable right in the center of the Plaka, next to Acropolis and transportation. The building was clean and renovated. I will never hesitate to come again. Negative: everything was the best

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο και άνετο . Η περιοχή ήσυχη, κυριολεκτικά στο κέντρο το οποίο ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια. Επίσης βρήκαμε 24ωρο πάρκινγκ εξαιρετικά κοντά στο διαμέρισμα(λιγότερο από 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια).Το μόνο αρνητικό για εμάς ήταν η καθαριότητα , θέλει λίγο προσοχή σε λεπτομέρειες όπως το υπόστρωμα στο κρεβάτι.Γενικά το βρήκαμε εξαιρετικό και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες.

looks better in the pictures than in reality. cleaning is done superficialy. we had only a rest of toilet paper and when wr anounced them they didn t say anything. bed has a big whole in the mattress, it was like sleeping in a hammock. overall, i had high expectations from the reviews and pictures but not worth the money. the location was good tough.

Great apartment and base from which to discover Athens. Superb location, so close to walk to the Acropolis and other historical heritage sites. Also really close to local amenities, restaurants, etc. Apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable, and JJ very responsive. Very reasonable price for such a nice flat in a great location. Would definitely recommend for couples wishing to discover bustling Athens while having a peaceful place to go retire to when needed. *****

The apartment was great, perfect for our family of 3. The location is great, right in the middle of Plaka, about 1 block from the restaurants. The host was very nice and was able to rent us a cot for our baby. The only downside that I see, is that even though the place has elevator, you need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, for us that was manageable but for others it might not be. Other than that, this apartment was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s compact, clean, well equipped & well located - all as described. What can be improved. Mattress is very soft so I had to sleep on the soda bed. Live TV stations did not work. And some lights and lamps also did not work. But overall a good stay.

Positive: La cama era buena y el aire acondicionado. El apartamento es agradable. Negative: En la foto viene una terraza que es imposible de utilizar. Habia que estar com todo cerrado ya que el arbol de enfrente está lleno de bichos y abispas. Tampoco que el dia,que salimos a la hora en punto vino una señora de mal caracter y no nos dejaba ni cinco minutos para terminar de recoger.

Logement extrêmement agréable : lumineux, à la fois bien situé dans le quartier le plus pittoresque d'Athènes tout en étant dans une petite rue très calme. Décoration soignée et contemporaine. Climatisation très appréciée lors de ce séjour de canicule. Venus à 4 avec nos deux enfants, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez JJ et reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans ce logement. Un des meilleurs AirBnb que nous ayons fait : allez y les yeux fermés !

Jj’s place is in the absolute best location! Walking distance to the Acropolis and many other sights. Plaka is a lovely and sophisticated area bubbling with vendors, restaurants, and friendly people. I felt safe traveling with my teenage daughter and absolutely fell in love with the charm of Plaka. The apartment is comfortable with nicely functioning AC and has the amenities you need for a relaxed stay. I highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in a phenomenal location. The apartment is spacious, super clean, looks exactly like the photos, and is 1 block away from the lively streets with lots of cute cafes, restaurants and shops. The street the apartment is on is very quiet, and the location is super walkable. Jj was very responsive and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in Jj’s apartment in Plaka, and would definitely stay there again - it is exactly as advertised. The key is located as they suggested on Chrisostomou street, and the external bins are located on Monis Asteriou street. Jj were extremely responsive and were eager to ensure everything was clarified overtly.

Positive: Great location. We were given excellent instructions about how to get into the apartment. Communication was easy and excellent. Negative: My only feedback is a question about whether the couch is meant to sleep two people. It seemed well-suited to sleeping a child/teen and a small child (maybe under 4’ tall). if there was a way I was supposed to set up the couch to make it work for two teen-size kids, that would be helpful.

Positive: This apartment is in a fabulous location! It was so clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it! Negative: The apartment is a little dark, but after being out in the heat and bright sun, it was restful. All of the instructions were great, except for the elevator. We would never push a red button-just raised that way-so didn't realize that it was actually working until after we hauled all of the luggage up three flights of stairs dripping with sweat! Our fault for not trying that button, but you just associate a red button with emergency!

Very comfortable place in the heart of Plaka. Not even one minute walking and you are surrounded by restaurants, grocery store, bakery and gifts shops. We were able to walk to all the historical sites we wanted to visit from the apartment including the Acropolis. The apartment is also very easy to get to from the airport by using the metro. Kitchen is fully functional, we actually bought groceries and cooked for most of our stay. Just a head up, they don't stor/keep luggages, but they do have recommendations for storage services. Also, baby chair and baby pack and play are a little extra. Communication with the host was good. Would stay again and would recommend.
