Nice but no good neighbors.
Positive: Confortable and close to Acroplolis. Negative: There are a lot of flats rented for vacation in the building and the last night it was a party just above us and was imposible to sleep, my kids were crying since the music was too high until 3 am and we had to be awake at 7 to go to the airport. We didn’t know what to do, we tried to knock the door but nobody answered.

Es muy buen alojamiento con vistas a la Acropolis y la casa es muy cómoda y muy tranquila. Viajamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron la trona y la cuna. Se está muy agosto en la casa, las camas son cómodas y el baño y la cocina están muy bien. Es muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo , en pleno centro pero una calle tranquila, a 5 min de la Acropolis caminando. La única pega, que al ser una empresa, a veces tardan un poco en contestar, eso sería un problema si uno tiene una urgencia, en mi caso no me causó ninguna molestia. En general volvería a esta casa si volviese a Atenas.

Wir waren zu viert und haben in der Wohnung drei Nächte verbracht. Die Lage war sehr gut, nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Eingang der Akropolis und trotzdem in einer vergleichsweisen ruhigeren Seitenstraße. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gab es einen tollen Bäcker, viele kleine Kaffees, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Zu Fuß konnten wir auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtviertel gut erkunden. Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe für uns vier, war sauber und verfügte über alles, was man braucht. Die Küche haben wir allerdings kaum benutzt, weil wir, bei der Vielfalt der Angebote, immer Essen waren. Die Vermieter haben uns einen flexiblen Selbst-Check-In ermöglicht, so dass wir ganz unabhängig waren. Sie waren bei Fragen oder Anliegen immer erreichbar.

Our stay at Jj’s place was great! The whole unit was extremely clean and it was a pleasant space to relax and unwind. The Acropolis museum was like a 7 minute walk out the door. The host was very responsive and clear about the rules and tried to answer any questions before you even had them! Also some food recommendations posted on the fridge. We loved it!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir Athènes, dans une rue calme et proche de nombreuses commodités. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux lieux à pieds, mais un métro se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds. L'appartement était idéal pour nous (famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans), il n'y manque rien et la clim était très appréciable en cette période de grande chaleur ! Les propriétaires étaient très réactifs à nos demandes ou messages. Nous sommes ravis de ces deux jours chez eux !

We had a wonderful time in this comfortable and central apartment with all the amenities we needed for 4 night stay. Apartment is in a great location closer to many restaurants and only 10-15 walk to major attractions of Athens. It’s very spacious with good air conditioning in both bedrooms on the 3rd floor of a nice building. Beds are especially very comfortable to sleep on after long days of walking. Will highly recommend it and love to stay again. Hosts are very responsive, thank you John 😊

An excellent small functional apartment in a great location walking distance from Acropolis Museum and the Plaka (and the Acropolis) and Philopappou, but also the very local shopping / cafe's / restaurants of Drakou, where you eat for much better value for money and atmosphere than the tourist drags. The apartment is compact and functional and very easy to get into, use, and leave behind.

Could not have picked a better location. We wanted a few days in Athens in order to hit all the major sites and this was perfect. If you are an American who is used to staying in full service places just be aware you will need to handle your own trash and you will need to purchase some toilet paper. That is not a criticism just not something I've experienced when using Air BnB in the US. JJ Hospitality was incredibly communicative and their directions were great.

Great hosts and very accommodating. We were able to access the apartment ahead which was fantastic given we had a 10 hours flight. Great surprise to see the pantheon from the balcony. Very safe neighborhood and parking the car on the street was no problem. The apartment is extremely well situated to visit the acropolis and the area around. Thank you so much C&C

Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie is dichtbij toeristische plaatsen, maar is zelf in een rustigere wijk met woningen. Het appartement is ruim genoeg om te gebruiken als chill plek voor een rustige dag. Dat was fijn. Bij de aankomst was de host niet zelf aanwezig en deze hebben wij ook niet ontmoet. Maar dit was geen probleem, want er was een zelf-check-in systeem om de sleutel te krijgen met duidelijke instructies. Het appartement stond voor 5 personen en wij waren ook met 5. Het 5de bed is een normale bank, niet-uitklapbaar. Er werd wel beddengoed bijgeleverd. Dit was prima voor ons, maar kan belangrijk zijn voor lange mensen. Verder is er een tweepersoonsbed en zijn de andere twee slaapplaatsen losse bedden met losse matrassen en dekens die je uit elkaar kunt schuiven. De ramen hebben luiken die de kamers goed donker maken (ook de kamer met de bank). Persoonlijk waardeer ik dat erg.

The apartment is in a very nice area with beautiful cafes and very close to acropolis. The host was friendly and prompted quickly on requests. However, we expected 3 beds, instead of 2 beds and a sofa with stains. There is some room to grow in regards to cleaning and the smell within the Appartement. For a quick trip the apartment is very convenient.

Best choice for your stay in Athens!
Positive: The flat was excellent and it is highly recommended for solo travelers as well as groups and families. It is just few steps away from Acropolis, surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. It’s spacious, clean and very sunny, with lots of windows, balcony and amazing view on Acropolis! The hosts are very kind and always happy to help you. Definitely value for money and would return again, once in Athens! 🫶😍 Negative: No comment

Great value and location to the main sites, grocery store, eateries and metro lines, the majority within walking distance. We stayed for 10 days and didn't walked everywhere, take comfortable shoes. Metro line to the coast was only a 5 minute walk away. Coffee shop, bakery, Taverna, Burgers, Pizza, Pasta, Noodles all within a couple of blocks from the apartment, nice balcony to have morning coffee or late drinks. The washing machine was broken when we got there but didn't realise for a few days but after a message to the host a brand new one was delivered and plumbed in within a few days, would've been sooner but were let down by the delivery people. My only concern is the owner of the building (not the JJ) needs to replace the main door lock as it's a little fiddly at times, we were stuck not being able to access the building twice but fortunately one of the other residents were leaving within a 5 minutes. I'm told that it should be rectified very shortly.

Jjs place is located really well, close to metro, buses and in a nice neighborhood with many bars cafes and restaurants. However, it was not suited for a 3.5yo as the bed is not protected, there was no toilet assistance and the kitchen was quite dark and difficult to cook in. The beds themselves were not comfortable, and the washing machine broke during our stay and we were relying on it to work. I do want to say that John was very responsive but eventually we thought this wasn’t an ideal choice with a kid (or in general as a family). As a couple it’s a value choice but I’m sure there are better ones.

Positive: Удобное расположение в центре. Рядом Акрополь, рестораны. Легкий доступ. Есть лифт. Апартаменты хорошо меблированы, много посуды. Negative: Не работало освещение и кондиционер в одной из спален. На улице было больше 30 градусов. Хозяин сказал, что не успел починить и ничего не может сделать. Так как мы приехали поздно вечером, то менять что-либо было уже поздно. Это была ужасная ночь! Было невыносимо жарко! Хозяин даже не извинился. В номере не было туалетной бумаги. Хозяин сказал, что ее принесут, но никто не пришёл. Никому не рекомендую связываться с этим хозяином.
