The space
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this well preserved block of flats. You enter the apartment into a lobby area which serves to separate the living spaces. From this room are doorways leading to the living room, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The living room is large and contains a dining table, large flat screen TV, and balcony doors. The living room also has a large sofa that converts into a sofabed for 2 peole. Screen doors isolate the living room from the rest of the house so it is quite comfortable as a second bedroom too. The main bedroom has a large double bed, writing desk, and lots of cupboard storage. Finally the kitchen and bathroom are both compact but fully equipped.

The neighborhood
The apartment is very central, next to National Museum of Modern Art (EMST), some very trendy bars and restaurants in the Koukaki neighborhood, and a short walk (15-20 minutes) to the Acropolis, Thiseion and Plaka areas. You have everything you need at your doorstep.
Getting around
You are perfectly placed for public transport - nearby Sygrou Fix metro station (8 minutes away) connects you to the airport and Pireaus port. There are taxis available at a taxi rank on Sygrou avenue 24 hours a day. The majority of car rental agencies are located on Syngrou avenue nearby, so picking up a car is super easy.
