Das Studio war trotz der zentralen Lage in der Plaka zu teuer, aufgrund des unhygienischen Umfeldes
Positive: - Perfekte Lage des Hauses um Athen zu Fuß zu erkunden. - Freundliche Gastgeberin und ein sauberes Studio mit einem bequemen Bett. Negative: - Die minimale Ausstattung der Küche. Eine Mahlzeit kochen mit nur einem Kochtopf ist nicht möglich. Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine konnten wir nicht nachkaufen. - Bad zu klein und zu eng. - Gartenblick durch das kleine Badezimmerfenster. - Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen Straße, die als Pissoir dient. Den ganzen Tag über, in der Hauptsache aber abends, wird ständig, auch neben dem Haus, uriniert und gekotet. Sobald man in die Straße einbiegt, stinkt es fürchterlich, Zum Glück im Haus selber nicht. Die Straße wurde einmal während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Chemikalien desinfiziert.

Positive: The property is right in the centre of all the main attractions and only a two minute walk from the metro station Negative: Property is on the ground floor. The main door is half glass which makes the entrance not very private even thought the glass is cover by paper. The property is not well isolated, you can hear people walking and talking all night long and it can be scary if you stay there on your own. As a solo travelled I didn’t feel very safe and I wouldn’t recommend it if you are alone. Wi-Fi also didn’t work.

Positive: A localização é excelente e encontramos a acomodação bem arrumada. Havia uma máquina de café com algumas cápsulas e 2 garrafas de água que foram bem úteis. Negative: Não tem a ver com a acomodação e sim com as imediações. Toda noite a porta lateral da acomodação servia como banheiro público e o cheiro pela manhã era horrível. Havia um pouco de bagunça por parte destas pessoas e o vidro das portas poderia ser mais isolado. O papel está soltando e ficamos receosos de olharem para dentro da acomodação.

Communication was smooth, the bed is comfy. Surprisingly silent street in spite of its central location (maybe that is why some confuse it with a lavatory sometimes). At the foot of Acropolis, one minute walk from Monasteraki station it is the perfect choice for a quick stop in Athens.

great location and very good communication from the hostess.
Positive: The house is so central, you can walk everywhere from the house within 10 minutes. Negative: There is a construction site at the entrance of the street and many men come here to use it to pee. But there is another entry on the other side of the house and it is nicer. so you can avoid that side and hopefully once the building is completed this problem will be solved. it did not bother us too much although we have two daughters. we would still stay here next time.

Alojamiento perfecto para conocer Atenas
Positive: La ubicación es perfecta, a 1' caminando de la estanción de metro de Monastikari, en pleno centro de Atenas. Muy cómodo tanto para coger el metro como para visitar la Acrópolis y otros monumentos principales. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual hace que la estancia sea llevadera en meses de calor. Negative: No puedo decir nada malo, únicamente estaría bien tener un microondas. Pero dado el resto de características del alojamiento no se puede pedir mucho más. Así que nada malo que destacar :-)

Positive: The location was great. Very close to monastiraki square, a 3 min walk, close to the flea market and restaurants, 5 min away from the plaka. So you can go anywhere by foot very easily or take the metro which is in the square Negative: The bathroom was a little bit small and the heater leaked. So there was always water on the floor and long hot showers are not an option. Another thing, the street is a little bit abandoned, so people came and peed in it, which made the smell, especially during the during with the sun or even at night unbearable. Im not sure if the owners can do anything about it or not

The apartment is located in a quiet lane but has cctv and auto lighting. We didn’t venture out very late as have children so not sure if the environment late at night. The Little Prince is in a great location - very close to Acropolis and a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. the house is very clean and at a very good price. We got all important informations by email before we get there and one of the hosts - Mrs. Katerina was waiting for us inside. She was very friendly and helpful.

We are extremely happy about our stay in The Little Prince. Our host was very nice and helpful. The location of the flat is more than perfect. You are staying in the heart of Athens having all the tourists spots just around the corner. All the negative reviews about the area the apartment is located in are highly exaggerated! The whole street is full of lights at night and additionally, the building is constantly monitored. We avoided the Monastiraki market at night, as it didn’t feel safe. There are obviously many more ways to get to your apartment though. Go for this location!

Great little apartment in the best location in Athens. Very comfortable, nice bathroom. A little dodgy outside but I had no problems. Cooking was a little difficult because of no extraction fan so only prepared my food on the first night. I usually cook my own food every where I go. Didn’t matter, I ate out in Psiri and enjoyed it. Really comfortable. Give it a go . Better than a hotel.

Gute Lage für Erkundungen , aber etwas spooky
Sehr nette Kontaktperson , guter Service, sauber. Leider nachts etwas unheimlich der eine Teil der Straße und ziemlich unangenehm wenn direkt vor dem Haus nachts Leute laut telefonieren oder rumschreien. Für Paare aber durchaus empfehlenswert .

La propriétaire nous attendait/ Une grande pièce avec petite salle de douche. Emplacement central dans Athènes (Monastikati) dans petite rue proche du métro, malheureusement utilisée comme urinoir, donc très forte odeur. Des drogués sont venus s'installer une partie de l'après-midi devant une des 2 portes donnant dans la pièce.

The apartment is very central and you can go wherever you want in Athens from Monastiraki metro station. The street is in a quite poor condition but the area is safe and very near to down town.

Devo pur sopportare qualche bruco se voglio conoscere le farfalle
Un posto veramente accogliente e pulito gestito in maniera impeccabile e disponibile. Nel pieno centro di Atene a pochi passi da qualunque cosa possa interessarvi e dal metrò. Unica pecca di questo bel posto è la strada in cui si trova che la sera non ha un buon profumo (ma dice la proprietaria che tra poco li apriranno un museo del folklore e la riqualificheranno.
