The space
The house in total has 7 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a huge wrap around terrace and basketball court in the rear. The rooms have sea view facing Sithonia, the hills of Kassandra, a beautiful small country church and the olive groves.
A spacious and sunny living room and a fully equipped kitchen are the places to relax and enjoy cooking a nice meal while enjoying the sea view. Sitting at the terrace, you will feel the sea breeze while enjoying your drink or meal. A BBQ is also located on the terrace and close to the kitchen and will give you the opportunity to grill fresh fish or tasty meats, which you can either fish yourself or purchase from local stores.
The 2000 sqm communal garden surrounding the property has a variety of trees, mainly olive groves, palm trees, cyprus trees and fruit bearing trees. Guests can enjoy the use of the basketball court and sun-beds that are available.
The nearby village of Chaniotis is one of the most popular and well organized in Kassandra, only a 3 min drive. Numerous taverns, bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, night-clubs, water-sports and beach bars for every taste are available. The quiet sandy beach located in front of the Villa, only an 8 min walk, is ideal for families and a lovely place to view the sunset even while swimming!
