Positive: This apartment was perfect for us. Especially after a 12h flight. The facilities were great, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from metro and a walkable distance from all the main sites and city centre. The neighbourhood is cosy with great cafe places, bakeries, brunches and groceries. The Hosts were very responsive, gave clear instructions and made their best to accommodate our needs. We are very grateful. I will not hesitate to be back here next time that I am in Athens. Positive: Η θέση του διαμερίσματος είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τη στάση του Μετρό. Επίσης βρίσκεται σε γειτονιά που διαθέτει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα χρήσιμα καταστήματα. Είχε 2 κλιματιστικές συσκευές που λειτουργούσαν πολύ καλά. Negative: Το διαμέρισμα δείχνει ότι είναι παλιό. Θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται ριζική ανακαίνιση. Ένα απλό βάψιμο στους τοίχους δεν είναι αρκετό. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και τα έπιπλα που διαθέτει. Το κρεβάτι έχει σκληρό στρώμα. Το ίδιο και ο καναπές. Το μπάνιο είχε άλατα. Δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε τη ντουζιέρα λόγω αυτού.

Very happy that my 3 friends and I stayed in this apartment. We 4 were comfortable and plenty of room. Beautiful, green, quiet area , 10 minutes walk from Acropolis. There is a supermarket, many small stores, bakeries, restaurants. The apartments themselves are so charming and cozy that you will not want to leave!) Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

This was a large , quite and spacious apartment in Koukaki neighborhood which is quiet , has great restaurants and a close walk to the acropolis. We had a bit of a challenge finding the key to the apartment but partially because the pictures with info did not download and we did not realize it until we got there late at night . The shower head was broken but able to use as a hand held shower . This was communicated so they can fix for the next guests . Communication was good overall . We would return in the future.

Positive: Excellent location, within a walking distance from Acropolis. There is a supermarket in the next building, an organic food store, a lot of nice restaurants with prices lower than in Plaka. Overall, a good place for a few days. Negative: The bed was hard and the pillows were small, flat and uncomfortable. There was a sheet instead of a blanket. Water pressure in the shower was bad. It was hard to set the right temperature (either too hot, or too cold).

A lovely place to stay. We were looking for a place to stay in the area and honestly the design of the house caught our gaze. It was a nice, modern apartment. We felt like home and it had all the amenities listed. It is so close to the metro line (Syggrou-Fix red line) which was very convenient. It had the proper temperature, the beds were comfortable and all the rooms were clean. Special thanks to the whole team that helped us and responded immediately when we needed. I would like to come back if I stay in the area.

Positive: The flat is located 10 minutes away (by foot) from Acropolis. It is on the 4th floor (adventurous lift to your service 🙃). The apartment is clean and arranged so that you believe it is vintage on purpose. It has its charm but it is quite shabby. Anyway I still think that for 2-3 nights it makes its job. The price value was perfect! 10 points for very kind and helpful communication with the landlords. Thank you! Many small, charming restaurants and coffee houses in the near. Negative: The master bedroom was very quiet. Our children were sleeping on the sofa in the room pointing the street. Unfortunately here was a bit loud.

Positive: The location was perfect very close to Acropolis, stores, restaurants and metro. The most important thing was the communication, the staff was really helpful and responsive. Even if we didn't meet with them the self check in and check out instructions were written step by step with pictures as well. Negative: The shower didn't have a shower blind and when you took a shower the water goes everywhere on the floor but it wasn't a very big inconvenience.

Positive: odlicna lokacija, blizu Akropolja i centra, blizu stanice metroa i autobusa. peskiri i posteljina cisti i stan je generalno cist. dobijete mali sampon i gel za tusiranje sto je super. Negative: stan je u poprilicno losem stanju i zahteva ozbiljno renoviranje, ovo sto je trenutno renovirano je nedovoljno. kupatilo je jako lose i nefunkcionalno, slavina na tusu ne moze lako da se podesi na zeljenu temperaturu, ne postoji zavesa i kupatilo je gotovo uvek potpuno mokro, ventilacije nema osim malog prozora koji nismo uspeli da otvorimo. kanta za djubre u kuhinji je polomljena morate da je otvarate rucno. na terasi ne postoji namestaj za sedenje i mi smo zatekli ogromno pticje govno. lokacija je odlicna ali je ulica u kojoj se nalazi jako prometna i bucna i tokom noci.

A comfortable, spacious place to base yourself in a beautiful city.
Positive: Good communication, and clear instructions to collect the keys and access the property. Nice, spacious apartment located close to lots of great places to eat and drink. A short walk to see historical highlights, such as the Acropolis. Negative: Only very small points. The shower has a broken bracket, so you have to hold the shower head to wash. There was no plug socket for electric toothbrush/shaver, but a local electronics shop had an adapter to use with the main plug sockets.

Positive: Lage, Preis Negative: Bad ist winzig. Hier kommt man mit einer 4-köpfigen Familie leicht an die Grenzen. Einige Gegenstände in der Wohnung könnten erneuert werden, u.a. Wäscheständer, der verrostet war oder die Handtücher. Küche sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία! Το διαμέρισμα πολύ καλά διακοσμημένο και εξοπλησμένο. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα! Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα απο supermarket. Στο κέντρο με τα πόδια 15-20 λεπτά χαλαρό περπάτημα. Το μόνο που μας χάλασε λίγο ήταν ο θόρυβος που γινόταν απο βαλίτσες που ανεβοκατεβαζονταν απο τις σκάλες πολύ αργά το βράδυ, εφόσον ο ανελκυστήρας ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρός για να χωρέσουν. Έχουν αυτό το μειονέκτημα τα παλιά κτίρια. Κατά τα άλλα όμως μια χαρά βολευτήκαμε...

Advisable and repeatable stay
The apartment was clear, in a silent and a central place; the most important parameters for me to preffer a place. The facilities also were also OK for me, maybe some people may preffer for more. Also, the bath tube can have a better solution than curtains :) The only major minus is the heating system; In colder weathers air conditioners fails for heating the apartment which may cause a chill. By the way, thanks a lot to John for his hospitality and reccomendations for the city; they were really useful for us.
