This place has positives and negatives.
Positive: Clean, reasonably well equipped and in a good location. The bed was comfortable. Negative: Room is a basement (yep, a "cave") with little natural light or ventilation. It is very small and very stuffy. We were concerned about the fact that there appears to be no means of escape in the event of a fire.

Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative ma in questo caso purtroppo ho qualche perplessità. Mi è stato mandato un messaggio prima del mio arrivo con le indicazioni da seguire per ottenere le chiavi. Ho chiamato il proprietario, che ha risposto subito e mi ha aiutato, per capire dove fosse la cassetta. Le indicazioni dicevano scendi e vai alla porta sulla destra, ma ci sono tre porte sulla destra. Ho dovuto richiedere quale fosse quella giusta. Indicazioni non chiare. Il corridoio è trascurato. La stanza si presenta come nelle foto, ho trovato qualche insetto dentro l ‘appartamento, non è stato per niente gradevole. Il letto è comodo e in generale l appartamento è pulito. La doccia è impossibile da usare senza bagnare tutto il resto del bagno. In più sulla cucina c era un deumidificatore appoggiato sopra e con un tubo che entrava nello scarico. L’host è stato reattivo, si paga più la posizione che il resto.

Very good!!
Positive: Clean and looked very nice. It had been renovated to a high standard. Negative: I had to work out the lights to the entrance of the studio. It was very dark, and I had trouble seeing. I used my torch on my iphone on the first day. I found the light switches on day 2.

Pans Cave has a great location close to all the attractions of the Plaka area of Athens. The apartment is in a quiet location but there are plenty of nearby places to dine in, many clothing and souvenir shops and not far away is the spectacular Acropolis. The apartment is really well set up with a stylish and modern decor. It is compact but has all you could want and is very comfortable. We found the instructions we received beforehand very clear and the included photos very helpful.

This very efficient little place is perfect to visit Athènes. It's near to any major sites of the city. If you want a place to sleep in and spending a lot of time outside around the city its really a perfect place. It's also very quiet and peaceful.

Très bon appartement pour quelques jours de visite à Athènes
Positive: La situation géographique du logement est idéale pour visiter Athènes et profiter de l'ambiance de Plaka. Le logement est petit mais bien agencé, les équipements nombreux, il est possible d'y cuisiner un peu. Gel douche, shampoing et après shampoing fournis ! Petit plus agréable: Netflix disponible sur la télévision. Negative: Des travaux sont réalisés à côté du logement en journée ce qui peut être un peu bruyant.

El alojamiento en si esta aceptable, super bien ubicado, acorde el precio por la zona, bastante completo de electrodomesticos. Lo malo: la ducha es con duchador y tiene un soporte ubicado a la altura de la cintura, loque hace muy complicado el aseo, sumado a que hay dos vidrios fijos y no hay puerta ni cortina, es imposible bañarse sin mojar el baño. El pasillo esta muy descuidado, pareciera que que hubo un incendio y estan arreglando una de las unidades, ocasionando ruido, en los horarios correspondientes pero es algo fuera de calculos nuestros. Habia una cucaracha muerta desde que llegaos hasta que nos fuimos, para algunos sera una pavada pero fue desagradable ver eso a la llegada y a minutos de cenar.

The house is in an area close to everything you need to see in Athens. I have not encountered a situation where I would be worried about security in the region. The house is generally clean and is a very preferable place for two people for short stays. I would prefer it if I came to Athens again. The host was hospitable to our questions and requests.

Pan’s Cave is a perfect location for someone or a couple who wants to be in the heart of it all! Walk one block to a beautiful courtyard with a dozen restaurants! 10-12 minute walk from all the sights! Jj’s location in the PLAKA district can’t be beat! Don’t pass this one up!

Positive: Όλα άψογα, συννενόηση, καθαριότητα, ησυχία. Negative: 1. Θα μπορούσε να τοποθετηθεί μια πόρτα στο θάλαμο του ντους για να μην φεύγουν τα νερά εκτός από αυτό και γεμίζει ο χώρος νερά. 2. Δεν υπάρχει καθόλου σήμα κινητού τηλεφώνου στο χώρο. Για να μιλήσουμε έπρεπε να βγούμε στο δρόμο. 3. Στο αίτημα μας μέσω mail για παραμονή στο χώρο άλλης μιας μέρας δεν υπήρξε απάντηση κι έτσι αναγκαστικά φύγαμε την προκαθορισμένη ημερομηνία.

Ενας όμορφος και μικρος χωρος,κατάλληλος και για πολυήμερη διαμονή. Καθαρό δωμάτιο,ευρύχωρο και πολύ ζεστό. Όντως όπως περιγράφεται στις φωτογραφίες και στα emails. Πραγματικά στην καρδιά της Πλάκας, μια ανάσα απο το Σύνταγμα και το Μοναστηράκι,με πολλών ειδών μαγαζιά τριγύρω κι ησυχία. Αξίζει τα χρήματά του και μακάρι να έχει πάντοτε επισκεψιμότητα. Σας εύχομαι μια καλή και πολυάσχολη χρονιά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Positive: Situation geographique idéale, a deux pas de l'accropole, chambre très propre, équipement de cuisine suffisant (grille pain, micro-ondes, french-press, assiettes, couverts, frigo, verres) savons et gel douche tres bien, la wifi fonctionne trés bien Negative: Aucun systeme d'aeration, ce qui rend la chambre en sous-sol très humide, l'humidité est un problème, le lit était assez dur, chambre assez bruyante, la fenetre donne directement sur la rue, donc les passants peuvent voir directement l'interieur lorsqu'on ouvre les rideaux. Pas de porte de douche, donc salle de bain innondée à chaque utilisation

Positive: il punto forte di questa struttura è la posizione, centralissima, tutto a portata di pochi passi, collocata in una via laterale e quindi silenziosa; pulita, il letto comodissimo, il mobilio perfettamente tenuto. Negative: la struttura si trova in un seminterrato, rimane un po cupa, il bagno è piccolissimo, la doccia non si isola dal resto del bagno, e quindi si bagna tutto il pavimento.
