Villa in the Sani forest with a fantastic garden, as shown in the pictures. 20 min walk (a bit uphill/downhill but it wasn't a problem for us) or 5 min with the car to the most beautiful beach on Halkidiki. Good communication with the host. *My only suggestion would be to change the mattress in the master bedroom since it is too soft and it is very difficult for two people to sleep without rolling toward each other and waking up. Everything else was great, we would visit again.

The place on its own was lovely and peaceful. It’s quite far from the beach and the shops so I recommend visiting with the car. Overall our experience was good but there were a few issues that we had to deal with. One was quite major one and that was that 3 out of 5 days that we were there we didn’t have an Internet. As you can imagine that was a huge inconvenience for all of us, especially for our friend who was working remotely. The host, the lady who was looking after us, was very nice and helpful, although she changed her attitude a bit when the problems started to arise. The host provided us with a partial refund because of the Internet issue but that was also a bit less then agreed. Other problems were that the ac wasn’t working in one of the rooms and the window has fallen off in the middle of the night. Positives were that they allowed us to check in and out earlier/later then agreed time and also you could tell that they were actively working on trying to fix all the issues.

Positive: The villa itself and the garden were very nice. Negative: The villa title is villa with garden and pool, but it's quite misleading as no where is written that it's a community pool, and that the pool is not maintain at all and is extremely dirty
