Bel emplacement, excellente literie. Appartement agréable dans l'ensemble, notamment la grande terrasse avec vue sur l'acropole. Néanmoins la salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite. 1re fois que je dois payer un supplément de 25 € pour un lit bébé (équipement gratuit habituellement).

Logement très bien placé pour découvrir la ville à pied. Confortable pour 4 personnes. Un grand balcon et sa vue sur l'Acropole. Cuisine minimaliste mais il n'y a qu'à descendre pour trouver un restaurant. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt im Stadtteil Plaka, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Einkaufsstraße verläuft als Parallelstraße direkt dahinter. 50m neben der Wohnung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Vom Syntagmaplatz (Metrostation) ist die Wohnung in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick zur Akropolis. Die Wohnung war für uns als Familie ausreichend groß. Der Checkin / -out war bequem per Schlüsselbox möglich. Der Vermieter hat schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Appartement très bien placé et avec un belle vue sur l’acropole. En revanche, le logement aurait besoin d’un vrai coup de rafraîchissement. Les photos du site ne reflètent pas vraiment l’état actuel du logement : paillasson en très mauvais état / moisissures sur le plafond au dessus de la baignoire et sur le rideau de douche / fond des toilettes noir / strict minimum dans la cuisine (fourmis dans les placards).

This flat on the 6th floor has nice view of Acropolis. Located right 5 min away from Syntagma square metro station. There are lots of restaurants, places to eat and walkable to every where, very lively location. Flat is clean and beds are very comfy. Kitchen has appliances that you will need. Just hot water is a bit problem that you need to turn it on and wait for a half an hour.

Jj’s place in so we’ll located near syntagma square walking distance to everything. The apartment is spacious with a deck with a view of the acropolis, with 2 good-sized bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom are small with old fittings but they were clean and functional. Good value for the price

Would highly recommend for others and would come back myself!
Positive: The prime location, the amazing view of the Acropolis from the big and comfy terrace. The flat is spacious, cozy and really illuminated and bright. The layout of the flat works well and it is practical and functional. Negative: - There weren’t any mirrors except for one in the bathroom - the toilet handle isn’t convenient for use - the chain hurts the hand when pulling - boiler takes 60 minutes to heat water enough for a single 8 minute shower. Boiler needs to be turned off while taking a shower, which makes it difficult to heat up enough water for other guests. - power cuts due to a faulty kettle - not enough towels - should have been 2 body towels for each guest for a period of 5+ days - shower curtain needs replacing - front door needs oiling - screeches loudly

Vriendelijke eigenaar, alhoewel we ze niet hebben ontmoet was alles makkelijk aangegeven. Bij vraag werd er tijdig gereageerd. Locatie van het appartement is echt heel goed. Voor velen is het belangrijk om te weten dat er geen papier in de toilet kan worden achter gelaten. Dat is overal zo in Athene ( behalve sommige hotels). Verder was opvallend dat de badkuip niet schoon was. Keuken ontzettend handig en ook de bedden waren goed.

Jj's apartment was perfect for our stay. We loved spending time on the balcony enjoying the view of the Acropolis. The location is awesome with lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance from the little shops in Plaka. We were also able to walk to meet our Foodies Walking Tour. Jj was super responsive and helpful providing extra details on the workings of the apartment. We would love to return to Athens and to Jj's Ariadne's Penthouse someday and would definitely recommend!

This location was amazing in almost every way. The bathroom and kitchen need to be updated, and I understand that everywhere in Athens has a non-existent sewer system, but it still needs updating to make the space perfect. I just can say enough about the general location, though. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was basic but we didn’t use it much. There is a lift and it was great that we didn’t have to carry our bags up any stairs.

JJ's place is in awesome position with incredible views. We literally walked to everything and loved the buzz of restaurants and bars outside the front door. The flat was immaculate. We could easily get a taxi and had a tour guide meet us at our door as it was so easy to access. JJ helped with all our enquiries. Thanks for a great stay.

We’ve enjoyed our stay in this appartement as it has a perfect location to check everything on foot (Acropolis, Plaka, Psiri, National museum, royal garden, Lycabettus Hill). We had breakfast on the terrace with a nice view at the Acropolis. Thank God for the airco in the 3 rooms (living rooms and 2 bedrooms) as it was hot in Athens. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Excellent option in the heart of Athens, close to everything (within walking distance of most sites, restaurants and Syntagma square). This 2 bedroom apartment has an amazing view of the Acropolis. We were a family of 4 with a 2yo and 4yo, and the light, the space, the bedrooms and of course the view, were excellent. Do not expect anything fancy or luxurious, but you will be surely satisfied by choosing this apartment

People smoke in the apartment complex, so the unit vaguely smelled like cigarette smoke. They also have a washing machine, but no detergent is provided. There's a hot water heater that needs to be turned on before taking a shower, and the shower head needs to be hung up, and then it will spray directly onto the curtain. That said, the location is ideal, and the view from the balcony is exactly what you see in the photos. outdated appliances but fully worth the price for the location and especially for the balcony.

After canceled flights, transfers, and 2 of traveling we got to the apartment at 3 am only to be reminded of how amazing this place is when we opened the patio door to a perfect view of the Acropolis! Walkable to many of the historical sites, tons of restaurants, and shopping. A must rent! And the team at JJ rentals were incredible. They helped us out with all of our needs and changes to our travel. One of the best stays I have experienced with Air BnB.

It was a very pleasant stay with penthouse’s terace with parthenon view. The house was tidy and clean. The house location is in a very good neighbourhood and very central as well. We mostly walked to the place that we were going. The only thing that I would suggest is that they mention that the padlock has jj hospitality written on it as there were 6-7 different padlocks next to the apartment door and we struggled to see it first. Many thanks!

This was the perfect place to stay to explore Athens. It was in the heart of the city, closer to all the sites and restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive and made check in and out a breeze. And what a spectacular view of the Acropolis from the deck. We sat out and marveled at it every morning and evening.

Emplacement absolument parfait! Pas trop de bruit tout en étant près de tout. Balcon privé avec vue sur l'acropole un must! Entrée autonome très simple, instructions claires, Jj répond très rapidement. Une seule petite chose: il pourrait y avoir une couette sur les lits. A la base il y a seulement un petit drap mince ce qui n'est pas très douillet. Somme toute fortement recommandé pour le rapport qualite prix!

We had a great time staying at the apartment! We were out exploring Athens so much we didn’t spend much time there, but the communication was excellent with a very smooth check in process, and the apartment was a clean and comfortable place to recharge after all the sight seeing. The location is perfect, and getting one last beautiful view of the Acropolis before bed was so lovely.

Affordable apartment with great view in the heart of Athens
Positive: Great location. Everything in walking distance. Nice view of Acropolis from the living room (the view is better from the terrace above the apartment. Take the stairs.). Super terrace. Negative: Need refurbishing. Especially the bathroom. If you travel by car, seriously consider the parking issue. There are cheap parkings in Psiri area (10-12 Euros per day). Around 10-15 minutes walk to the apartment. The near parkings are around 30 Euros per 24 hours.

Great accommodation in the city center
Positive: Accommodation was on the upper floors of the apartment building, giving the apartment a great view of the Acropolis with the Pantheon. At night the view was amazing thanks to the great lighting of the whole mountain. The apartment has a kitchen where you can cook. Two rooms for single couples are great. The apartment has air conditioning and air conditioning heating. The apartment building has two lifts, so you don't have to walk to the 6th floor. The apartment is in the very center of Athen, has a great location in the pedestrian zone, at night there was absolute peace everywhere. If there is an opportunity, I will be happy to return ... Photos of the Acropolis are from the balcony of Apatrman. Negative: Everything was OK.

I was attending Athens Marathon and the apartment provided such a sanctuary - just perfect.
Positive: We realised the location was special as soon as we arrived, but it was only on seeing other parts of the city when we realised just how lucky we were. So many lovely restaurants on the doorstep and the view - wow! Negative: The hot water ran out quickly so we learnt not to hang around too long in the shower!

Positive: Vista spettacolare sull'Acropoli. La casa non è moderna, ma è veramente bella e tenuta bene. E' molto spaziosa, luminosa. Si trova in zona centralissima, a pochissimi passi da qualsiasi punto di interesse di Atene. Staff sempre cordiale e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Assolutamente consigliato! Negative: La porta d'entrata non è il massimo; non ci sono specchi nelle stanze. Il bagno dovrebbe essere un po' migliorato, ma funziona tutto correttamente. Consiglio solamente di mettere più carta igienica a disposizione delle persone, in quanto 2 rotoli per 4 persone per 5 giorni sono limitati.

Highly recommend. This appartment is in an amazing location, with a balcony view of the Panthanon, and right next to a huge range of great places to eat and drink. And because it's on the 6th floor, it's not too loud at night. (And yes there's a lift!) Also has air conditioning.

Wonderful View, Great Location, Good Price and lovely apartment
Easy communication and explanation on how to get to and enter the apartment (we also whatsapp with any questions we had, always answered). Top floor with elevator. The apartment is clean, well renovated and spacious. The view of the Acropolis is always breath taking, whether you're having morning coffee on the balcony or peaking while taking a shower. The night view is glorious. In the small street outside there are cafes, a small supermarket, and it leads onto all the main thoroughfares. Easy access to Syntagma Square, therefore the X95 airport shuttle bus, the metro and the hop-on hop-off bus. All is in walking distance to the spectacular sites of Athens. Plenty of little cafes, restaurants and bars in the near vicinity. It was a little rainy while we were there so we bought a hop-on-off ticket and we were easily able to see the library, museums, Hadrian's gate and Zeus's temple, the stadium, the Acropolis and the new Acropolis museum, and the National gardens, couldn't have been easier. Athens is a fabulous place and the apartment perfectly suited our needs. Thank you and Happy New Year.

Great location. Nicely done up large apartment. Good wifi. Neat and clean. Would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend this place. Just a small suggestion. We were asked to leave the house keys on the table and walk out. However on doing so, the main door to the building was locked. We had to wake up a neighbour and get it opened. A bit of a panic!

Amazing place to stay in Athens!
Ariadnes Penthouse and JJ Hospitality was such a great experience! We loved the chic apartment situated in a trendy street in the centre of Athens. The rooms were clean and spacious, and were equipped with everything we needed. Communication with hosts went very well, and we really appreciated the guided tour of the apartment upon arrival. Did I mention the view of the Akropolis from the balcony? Thumbs up for this place!
