A fantastic penthouse with panoramic views of the Aegean sea to the south and Hymetus mountain to the north. Large, comfortable and full of natural light, there is a great sea facing balcony, a glazed dining room and comfortable lounge area, as well as fully equipped kitchen. Its orientation and unobstructed views allow for a gentle breeze to pass through the house, so it is lovely and cool in the summer months despite being on the top floor. Go ahead and dive into the Big Blue!
A spacious 160 square meter apartment composed of 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a large lounge and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large balcony facing the coast.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
John and Ioannis of JJ Hospitality will be reachable throughout your stay should you need assistance or information.
It is about 100m to a sandy beach and marina with swimming, yachting, cafes, etc. You can walk by the marina, eat lunch or dinner by the sea, enjoy your favorite water sport or play golf. Glyfada Golf Club opens every day from 8am until sunset. Also described as the Miami of Greece, this south suburb has some of the best beaches in Attica with easy access to downtown.
Street car parking is available in front of the building. The best public transport option is the new tram system which is a few minutes walk from the building on the waterfront. This takes you to the centre of Glyfada in 3 minutes or in the other direction will transport you to Pireaus port and central Athens in a little over half an hour.
